Contact Florida’s staff all maintain constant contact with dispatch and drivers with two-way radios and cellular phones to ensure timely transportation. Our staff will provide assistance with filing and tracking of lost luggage as well as other informational services. Optionally, our staff will provide porters to assist with transporting luggage to the transportation.

Meet and greet staff will assist in coordinating transportation and baggage handling (as requested). Upon receipt of their baggage, your guests will be escorted to their private transportation.

Transportation: Please note that the vehicles used in the Contact Florida fleet are all late-model and are kept in immaculate condition. Each driver is courteous, professional and knowledgeable of the local area. In addition, each driver is equipped with two-way radio and/or cell phone for constant contact with dispatch.

Round-trip & Group Packages: Upon receipt of a flight manifest, a 
“per person” package price will be proposed that will reflect actual staffing, porterage (if requested), and transportation requirements for your group. This cost is a function of the number of flights and distribution of the flight times. As we offer a distinctly “First-class” service, we will only group flights that arrive into the same terminal, that are consistently on-time, and that are scheduled to arrive within 15 minutes of each other. In addition, unless otherwise instructed, we will not hold transportation that has started to load. Any passengers delayed due to lost luggage or other situations will be transferred via alternate transportation.
